The Värmlands Relay is organized by the sports clubs OK Tyr and IF Göta Karlstad. The relay is a competition where all teams start and finish simultaneously, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Each team consists of 5-15 participants and competes on a flat lap course around Sundstatjärn, where each lap measures just over 1,000 meters. You decide how many laps each participant runs, and after two hours, you transport the baton to the finish line. All teams compete in the same category and can mix participants as they wish, so everyone is welcome!
